BOOKING AND PAYMENT
What happens after I pay for my tour online?
Immediately you will receive a booking confirmation via email which will list both your Tour and any other items such as activities, nights’ accommodation and so on. Within 72 hours, you will also receive a welcome email from your iBook consultant who will be your point of contact up until you embark on your trip.
If you have paid a deposit only, you will be reminded to pay the balance 45 days out from the date of the tour.
At 45 days prior to departure, you will then receive your final tour documentation via email. This will include information about meeting times and locations, your tour guide and extra nights’ accommodation vouchers.
At about two weeks prior to departure, we will send you a short questionnaire about yourself which we will then hand to your tour guide.
How do I pay my balance?
You will receive an invoice for the balance of your tour which will have the Paypal link for payment. You can make separate payment amounts up to the final balance. Your due date will be written on your email that you received from your iBook consultant upon placing your deposit. We accept Visa or Mastercard, or if you prefer you can pay by Direct Debit into the iBook bank account.
If you booked over the phone, you will also receive a confirmation email with links for making the final payment.
Can I purchase the tour with flights?
Due to the variable request of flight requirements we receive, we no longer offer flight-based packages. However, we can point you in the right direction to find the best deals on the market. See Flights to New Zealand.
I want to claim my discount for one of the Tours. How do I do this?
Simply send us an email and we will send you an online discount coupon.
Is my payment protected?
iBook uses Paypal that has Industry-leading security with transaction processing secured by 128-bit SSL encryption. Plus, PayPal meets the exacting standards of the major card associations, including SAS, PCI, and SDP.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, you can get a full refund of your tour according to the guidelines in Coach Company Comparisons. Also the PayPal Buyer Protection Policy ensures that you may file a buyer complaint within 45 days after purchase, if you did not receive an item or if the item purchased was significantly not as described. If you used a credit card, you will get a full refund via chargeback from Paypal.
