- There is no wheelchair access on the factory part of the tour.
- There is a lot of walking and many stairs on the tour so visitors with hip or knee problems may find it difficult to tour the factory.
- Because of the stairs strollers and prams are not appropriate to take on tour so please bring a backpack if you have one.
- Jewellery cannot be worn in the factory so you will need to remove it before the tour departs. You may feel more secure leaving your jewellery at home.
