• In winter months we advise dressing warmly - jackets and warm clothes recommended
• Occasionally marine mammals are not seen, in which case a non-transferable vouchers is issued to come again for free. This is not a money back guarantee.
• Child ages are 5-15 years inclusive (0-5 years are free if sitting on a lap, but if a seat is required a child fare must be paid)
• A portion of your fare contributes to marine mammal research and conservation
• There is no guarantee of swimming with dolphins. This tour operates with a Department of Conservation permit however for the protection of Dolphins and other marine mammals, interaction with them is governed by the Marine Mammal Protection Act. If the conditions of the Act are not met or the sea conditions are not safe then trips will be viewing only
