iBookNewZealand.com does not provide travel services, but acts as an agent only to arrange travel bookings and contacts between you and travel service providers. Information and prices contained within this website are correct. iBookNewZealand.com reserves the right to alter prices, information and itineraries without notice. iBookNewZealand.com is not responsible for any losses resulting from these changes.
Fees and Levies per person
All extra charges are marked. Prices are subject to change without notice. It is the customer’s duty to confirm with a iBookNewZealand.com consultant, of any price changes.

iBookNewZealand.com makes every effort to supply our customers with safe tours, however, we cannot be held responsible for any sickness, injuries, damages or loss of property to our customers whilst they are on a tour supplied by iBookNewZealand.com, and where they may be reasonably aware of any risks involved in any activity provided by the tour operator. iBookNewZealand.com does not accept responsibility in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by faux majeure or other events which is beyond its control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on the part of iBookNewZealand.com, including not limited to war, fire, flood, unsavory or severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or any other authorities, accidences to, or failure of machinery or equipment, or industrial action (whether or not involving iBookNewZealand.com employees and agents and even though such actions may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labour group).

Refund/ Cancellation Policy
iBookNewZealand.com reserves the right to charge the following fees for cancellations of any reason:

  • 7 – 30 Days = 25% of fare
  • 72 Hours – 7 Days = 50% of fare
  • Within 24 Hours – 72 Hours = 100%of fare
  • Flights and bus tickets are non refundable
  • Cancellations will forfeit any holding or booking fees (refer to booking and administration fees and charges)

To receive a refund of any sort, you must fill out a Refund Application. This application may take anywhere between 5 to 10 working days to be processed.
iBookNewZealand.com supplies no guarantee of a Refund, as we must comply with the Cancellation and Refund Policies and procedures of our tour operators as well as our own.
All refunds must be requested through the iBookNewZealand.com head office in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Booking and Administration Fees and Charges
To secure a booking/ quote, you must pay upfront, the cost of the flights and buses in full, as well as $59 Non Refundable holding fee.
Booking with EFTPOS, Debit or Credit Card, will attract a 3% administration fee. If however the credit card is an American Express or Dinners card, it will attract a 5% administration fee.

Loss or Reissue of Vouchers
To replace lost or stolen vouchers, iBookNewZealand.com reserves the right to charge a $50 administration fee, per voucher being replaced.

Travel insurance is NOT included in any tour price. iBookNewZealand.com highly recommends that our customers inquire and purchase travel insurance to cover themselves in the risk of any unfortunate events such as; illness, injury, loss/ damage to personal belongings and not being able to travel on the confirmed travel dates.

Privacy Policy
iBookNewZealand.com reserves the right to use the personal information provided by the customer to assist with booking the customers travel itinerary.
If in the rare occasion the customer participates in illegal activity, or is involved in an event to which associations outside the travel industry must become involved, iBookNewZealand.com reserves the right to provide the law enforcement, solicitors, medical practitioners and insurance companies with the details required.

International Airline Tickets
Deposits and flight costs are NON refundable.
Prior to departure: Once tickets have been issued changes are permitted, however, if a change of date is required, there will be a fee of $50. Re-routing is not permitted.
After departure: Changes are NOT permitted.

Binding Agreement
The payment of any money for offers made on this website constitutes the acceptance of these terms and conditions. These booking conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, subject to any overriding laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any action brought in relation to these terms and conditions may only be brought in a Court or Authority located in New South Wales.
