To propel the vehicle forwards, you simply lean forwards. To stop, just put your weight back. This sensation, while a little weird at first, is a thrill that everyone seems to enjoy.

1 Hour - Bay Ride
Learn to ride and go for a glide. Take this 1 hour tour for an express trip around the bay before some free time to cruise the beautiful gardens.
If your Queenstown activity schedule is so full that you don't have time for the full tour, this option will still give you a chance for a Queenstown Segway experience. The Bay Ride starts the same as the Queenstown Tour but you skip the commentary and hills and head directly to the gardens.
2 Hour - Queenstown Tour
Enjoy Queenstown sightseeing on this 2hour trip and have lots of fun along the way.
The Segway guided tour starts with a complimentary shuttle ride from Queenstown. After a quick training session 1km from town, we're on our way.
The tour takes you through St Omer Park and around the bay while you learn a little about Queenstown. Watch heads turn as we glide by on these amazing self-balancing machines. Then we head away from town and up a hill or two before you get some free time to cruise through the picturesque Queenstown Gardens. On the way back, you'll have the option to experience a faster speed setting and have a good play. At the end of this Segway experience, you'll be having such a great time you won’t want to get off!
3 Hour - Picnic for Two
This experience is 3 hours in total. Start with a shortened tour then carry on your Queenstown sightseeing unguided along the scenic lakeside track all the way to Frankton. Enjoy a boutique picnic lunch consisting of yummy cheeses, crackers, pate, tomato chilil jam, French stick, some water to re-hydrate along the way and some sparkling wine to celebrate at your destination. After your romantic lakeside picnic lunch, you'll be collected and returned to Queenstown. This experience will be a highlight of any holiday!
